Shipping & delivery — Sangeet Fashion Textiles Pvt. Ltd.

 

Where we ship. We deliver across India. International orders are handled by WhatsApp (+91 98300 43781): tell us the pieces and destination and we'll quote courier charges and timing before you pay.

 

Dispatch. Pieces in stock leave our Park Street atelier within 2–4 working days of your order. Sunday and public holidays are not working days. If a piece needs a final finishing pass, we'll tell you the dispatch date before confirming.

 

Delivery time. Metro cities: 2–4 days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4–7 days after dispatch. You'll receive the tracking link by WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel is picked up.

 

Charges and payment. Free shipping on orders of ₹2,999 and above within India; orders below ₹2,999 carry a flat shipping charge shown at checkout. Prices on the site are before GST; GST is calculated and shown at checkout. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.

 

Packaging. Every set is folded in muslin and shipped in a rigid box so the embroidery arrives flat.

 

Issues. If a parcel is delayed beyond the window above, or arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we'll sort it out.
