Shipping

Dispatch: in-stock pieces leave our Park Street atelier within 2–4 working days.
Delivery: metro cities 2–4 days after dispatch; rest of India 4–7 days. Tracking link by WhatsApp and email.
Charges: free on orders of ₹2,999 and above within India; flat charge below that, shown at checkout.
Payment: UPI, cards and net banking via Razorpay. Prices are before GST, shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.
International: by WhatsApp (+91 98300 43781) — we quote courier charges before you pay.
Packaging: folded in muslin, shipped in a rigid box so the embroidery arrives flat.

7 days from delivery to request an exchange, unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
We arrange pickup and send the replacement size or colour, or issue store credit valid 12 months.
Reverse pickup is free when the fault is ours; a flat charge may apply for size or colour exchanges and is confirmed before collection.

Refunds to the original payment method are made when a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Refund is issued within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
Not eligible: cut unstitched material, altered pieces, final-sale items.
