In-stock pieces leave the atelier in 2–4 working days. Metro cities receive them 2–4 days after dispatch, the rest of India 4–7 days.

Not online. Unstitched suit material is available if you'd like a piece tailored, and boutique partners can request custom sizes on trade orders.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached. We'll arrange pickup and send the replacement size or colour, or give store credit. Full details in our Returns policy.

When a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered — tell us within 48 hours with photos.

Yes. Zardozi, aari, chikankari, mirror and sequin work are done by hand by karigars we have worked with for over a decade. Turn a piece inside out: hand work shows tacking stitches or a visible chain, never a stiff glued back.

Dry-clean only. Store zardozi flat or rolled in muslin, never hung by the shoulders. Keep perfume off the embroidery. More in How to care for hand-embroidered clothes.

Because each piece is embroidered by hand, placement and density vary a little from piece to piece. That's the point.
